The Challenge: National Governing Bodies face the challenge of broad, unengaged databases. Table Tennis England needed to re-energise 25,000+ members and increase participation among women and girls.

The Strategic Solution: We moved away from "batch-and-blast" emails. By implementing Data Segmentation, we partitioned the audience into core groups by playing level, participation level, age, gender etc, and delivered tailored content through a redesigned "Over the Net" digital newsletter.

The Results: Drastic improvement in Open Rates and CTR. By delivering high-relevance content to specific segments, we reduced bounce rates and secured the "owned" channel as the primary driver of participation.
